An Evening of Mindfulness

This two-hour group meeting is suitable for those that are new to mindfulness and for those who have previously experienced mindfulness meditation.

These gatherings are intended to give you a taste of mindfulness if this is new for you or to support you in deepening or re-igniting your daily practice, bringing more mindfulness to your day-to-day life, so that you may live with greater ease, joy and understanding.

The evening consists of a variety of guided mindfulness practices.

Mindfulness is the practice of engaging with life, as it is – not as we think it should be, not to get somewhere else, but to non-judgmentally be where and as we actually are in this very moment, whether the experience is pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral.
