Health Coaching

Integral Health Coaching is an interactive process between you and me that supports you in minding your body – learning to listen, connect to and trust your body’s innate intelligence and wisdom . My intention is to empower you with knowledge, techniques and tools, that can be used on your own for the rest of your life.

Our bodies are an incredibly accurate navigational system that constantly informs us of imbalances – emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, as well as our personal relationships and our work. These areas are all interconnected so paying attention to any imbalances early on can guide us in making wise choices that ultimately lead to a greater sense of inner peace and well-being.

In our journey together you are invited to explore, nourish, and strengthen your unique internal landscape by developing an increasing awareness of your body, mind and heart. These awareness-building practices help to integrate body, mind and spirit, which connect you to your deep inner knowing – reclaiming your innate energy, resilience and guidance.

Through Integral Health Coaching I support you in developing self-awareness and in learning to trust yourself and your own wisdom.

These vital practices bring an integrated approach to realising the full spectrum of our being.

They also help us to live with authentic presence in:

  • our lives
  • our relationships
  • doing our work in the world

Understanding that life is busy and most of us are juggling many balls in the air at the same time, Integral Health Practices are designed to be informative, simple and flexible.
They make it possible for you to practice on your own, when and where it suits you

With these practices:

  • you can go as wide or deep as you like, depending on your needs in any given moment or day.
  • you can take as little as 5 minutes, or extend it to several hours.

It’s all up to you!

Once you’ve learnt the basics, you can integrate these practices daily so that they become part of your routine and way of life.

I use the term practice because, although these techniques and practices may be simple, they sometimes don’t prove easy.

In our humanness we often slide quite quickly into our unhealthy and often destructive behaviour patterns (especially in stressful times), so we need to commit to practicing regularly.

Initially it is very helpful to be supported in navigating the change of our behaviour patterns. This is where my work comes in. My role is to support you in getting ‘the hang of it’ until you feel confident to go it on your own.

You may, from time to time, need support in staying on track.

If so, then individual sessions, ongoing classes and regular workshops are all options that can help to reconnect to your practice.

These offerings are drawn from many different teachers and traditions as well as my personal experiences along the path of my life.

As you explore the different practices you will encounter your own insights and experiences. Together, we can choose those practices that most resonate with the unique ‘you’ and may be helpful in designing your own personal practice.
